Solidarity with the free trade unions in Belarus

Yesterday (18th of april) the BASTUN network had their spring meeting in Tallinn, where the trade unions around the Baltic Sea region get together to discuss mutual challenges and exchange experiences.

We also had a meeting with our colleague from Salidarnast who told us about the appalling situation for our imprisoned trade union colleagues and the annihilation of free trade unions in Belarus.

Trade union activity is not extremism and we as members of the BASTUN network firmly stand behind our Belarusian colleagues.
